Miracles Central Apartments is an affordable apartment community located in NE Portland. In partnership with Central City Concern, we provide an alcohol and drug free living environment for individuals in recovery with at least 90 days of sobriety. Studio, one and two bedroom floor plans will be available to households making up to 30, 50 and 60 percent of the areas median family income (MFI). As of 9/23/2024, the Miracles Central Apartments waitlist is closed.
